I wuv Milotic! *0* .. Just to start off with =3

I had an urge a couple days ago to draw one of my favorite pokemon Milotic, as well as actually finish off a proper digital drawing for a while <3 And here is the finished outcome which I really had to push myself to finish instead of playing an addicting pokemon game =.= Think thats the only thing stopping me from drawing DX

Anyways! I like how this came out ^^ Though I wish I had a tablet so I could make highlights more precise >w< But I still like it XD
